1. Digital Products (E-Books & Guides)

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our "Knowledge Sanctuary" resources, all sales of digital e-books and guides are final. * We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products once the download link has been generated.

2. Physical Products (Apparel, Blankets, Ritual Tools)

We want you to love your physical sanctuary tools. If an issue arises:

• Return Window: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition using our provided return label.

• Fees: A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Exclusions: Items sold on clearance or personalized print-on-demand items (Mugs, Ornaments) cannot be returned or modified.

• Address Errors: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply.
