I know what it feels like when the weight of the world becomes too much to carry. I know the exhaustion of being the anchor for everyone else while feeling adrift yourself. I realized that to survive the static, we don't just need mental tools—we need physical ones. We need a sanctuary we can touch, wear, and breathe in.
